ON THE SPOT REGISTRATION
The requirements for "FIELD REGISTRATION" of horses with PtHA are as follows:
Field Representative Registration cost .......................................................$ 80.00
PtHA membership fee...............................................................................$ 35.00
Non-member fee...................................................................................... $ 50.00
Will need 4 pictures of your horse: front, right side, left side and rear.
Pictures can also be taken at time of registration.
If your horse is registered with another breed, you will need to provide a copy of that
registration. If the dam is registered with an acceptable out cross breed, a copy of
her papers will also be required. Otherwise a breeding certificate will be required
in order to show ancestry on the registration form.
Please plan to come early if you would like a field representative to register your horse
before the show; this way we can prevent any delays which could cause you to miss
your early class.
The Conditional Registration Certificate you will receive allows you to show at all PtHA
events for up to 90 days or until the application is accepted or rejected by the PtHA
registration department. All final determination of registration eligibility remains with
PtHA office.
Personal checks, cash, or credit cards are accepted for payment. Please make them out
to PtHA, (not the show you are attending)

If you are in 4H, you can register your horse Pinto for 50% discounted rate. Must show proof of 4H membership.
**Must be done through the National office cannot be done on the spot.**

HORSESHOE DECORATING CONTEST!!!!
The contest will be held during the July 31-Aug 1 PtHA/AMHR show.
Horseshoes for decorating will be available Friday or you may bring your own if you wish.
*You must provide your own decorating materials!!!!*
Bidding will take place Saturday during the show through Sunday.
The horseshoe that brings the highest bid will receive 50% of the monies collected.
The remaining 50% goes to the Iowa Pinto Horse Association.
